Pre-CAS interviews

Who requires a Pre-CAS interview?

Students from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Iran and Sri-Lanka (Studied at ICBT), are required to take part in a Pre-CAS interview before they receive their Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies.

What is a Pre-CAS interview?

As a university it is important that we support our students and help them throughout the Visa and Immigration process.

A Pre-CAS interview is part of the requirement that the university have a track record of compliance with UK Visa and Immigration to retain its Student Sponsor licence. This Pre-CAS interview asks students to answer credibility style questions.

A Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) will only be issued if the Pre-CAS interview is complete and successful.
