LJMU Health and Wellbeing Champions

LJMU is committed to improve the health and wellbeing of its staff, in line with the University's Health and Wellbeing Strategy

A number of staff expressed an interest in supporting and promoting health and wellbeing across LJMU by becoming Health and Wellbeing Champions. They play an important role in encouraging healthy lifestyles, raising awareness of wellbeing initiatives, and helping to create a positive and supportive working environment for colleagues throughout the University.

If you have any ideas about activities you would like LJMU to offer, please contact your local Health and Wellbeing Champion.

How to Become a Health and Wellbeing Champion

Any member of staff with an interest in health and wellbeing can become a Health and Wellbeing Champion. Champions are provided with training, information and resources to help promote wellbeing initiatives and support colleagues across LJMU.

Please email Liz Cousins to register your interest.
