Research Excellence
The Research Excellence team offers academic staff the support and development opportunities to enable them to excel in their chosen fields, work collaboratively or on an interdisciplinary basis, and to enhance their career profile.
We provide advice on what researchers can do to maximise the impact of their research, and the ways in which research outputs and outcomes can contribute to the Research Excellence Framework. We want LJMU staff to plan for, and be equipped to achieve their research ambitions, so do talk to us (contact details below).
Several online platforms are available to staff to help capture research outputs and outputs and evaluate research quality, and we are happy to assist staff engage with these, including Symplectic Elements, SciVal and Impact Tracker.
