I am currently studying on the Doctor of Education (EdD) programme at LJMU and combine this with my work as a Senior Lecturer in Education at Edge Hill University. I am a nationally accredited Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction teacher, and my research interests explore the impact of Mindfulness-Based interventions on the levels of stress experienced by teachers. Prior to working in Higher Education, I was a Head of English and English teacher.
