Brad has 8 years experience in lecturing in HE with a sports science background (BA Sports Coaching). More recently he has joined the Liverpool Business School as a Teaching Fellow were he supports in the delivery on the Sport Business BA. Brad has been involved in elite sport (football) for over 20 years and undertaken various roles including, development coach, professional coach leading a specific age group in development and foundation phases and talent identification. Brad has been employed in the following professional clubs in these different roles, Everton, Burnley FC, Manchester City and Chicago Fire. His most recent role is as a sport/football agent were he sources clubs, negotiations contracts for employability and commercial opportunities and branding with athletes.

Brad has recently started his research journey towards a PhD with interests that include, professional women's sport, the commercialisation of women's football, talent identification in women's football and emerging markets in women's football.
