Zhuohua (Joanna) is a Reader of Quality Management at Liverpool Business School and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She is the Head of POW research Group.
Prior to joining the Liverpool Business School, Joanna has worked in industry for eight years on various positions, including business analyst and business management consultant.
Her research is to explore advanced methods that can be used to improve quality management both in theory and in practice. Her research interests include:
• Quality management.
• Risk analysis.
• Lean and Six Sigma applications.
• Qualitative analysis in quality control.
• Logistics and transport management.
• Uncertainty modelling in quality control.
