Phil has been full time at Liverpool John Moores since July 2008. Prior to that, Phil had a combined post where he was both a Resuscitation Officer at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and a Lecturer Practitioner within the University.
Phil was the Matron on the Regional Vascular Unit at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital from 2003-2006.
Phil is an Immediate Life Support Provider.
