Ruth Gaballa is a mental health nurse and senior lecturer in nursing in the mental health team at LJMU. Her mental health speciality was in perinatal infant metal health and worked in child and adolescent mental health services. She was a clinical education manager and service improvement lead in the NHS where she co-developed a proactive support programme with experts by experience. Her main interests include personalised care and support planning, proactive positive behaviour support and reducing complex behaviours using one page profiles.She has published and presented on these service improvements through NHS Improvements.
