Atlantic Point

Atlantic Point is located very close to the Byrom Street complex of teaching buildings and within a short walk to the Avril Robarts library.

It is perfectly located for students based at City campus who want en-suite accommodation at a reasonable cost.

Room types

There are over 900 en-suite bedrooms in total and all flats have a shared kitchen, dining area and lounge, including dining table, chairs, and sofas.

Each cluster flat contains up to six bedrooms. All bedrooms have a study desk, wardrobes and extra storage.

There is one room type at Atlantic Point:

• Standard En-suite rooms with small double beds

The site is a very secure gated community for Atlantic Point residents, with large amount of external communal space.

Other

Atlantic Point is very popular with Midwifery and Nursing courses. Midwifery students are offered a 51 week tenancy as standard at a reduced weekly rent of £118 (TBC).

Atlantic Point is also very popular with postgraduate students. A 51 week postgraduate tenancy is £118 (TBC) per week.

It is also a good option for Paramedic Science students because it has limited secure parking available.

Parking is at a cost of £24 per week.
