Get Trained on GaP

All grant funded projects and knowledge exchange projects must be recorded on the GaP system from April 2020, there will be no other method of costing externally funded projects from that date so it’s vital that any potential Principal Investigators are trained on the system before then. Training courses take 1.5 hours and you will need to attend training before being given access to the system. Courses are available across the University, on different days at different times, so that you can book onto a course convenient for you using this link: https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/ris/grants-and-projects-gap/training

If you have any questions on the system or if you cannot find a suitable training course for you, please email gap@ljmu.ac.uk plus, if you have already received basic training but have any additional questions on the system, you can access the User Guide, Training Films and even book onto a GaP Clinic here: https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/ris/grants-and-projects-gap/support

Access to the Live GaP system is now available from the LJMU staff pages via the Quick Links – if you ever need access off site.
