My general interest focus is on parental effects: How does the environment influence not only an animal directly, but what happens across generations? Specifically, I am interested in such indirect effects of dietary treatments, effects of temperature, levels of sexual conflict and other social stressors on a multi-generational scale. My main model organisms are Drospohilia and other short-lived animals, as well as zebrafish.
