Dr Kevin Enright

Sport and Exercise Sciences

Faculty of Science

Kevin was awarded a Ph.D. from Liverpool John Moores University for his thesis entitled “The impact of concurrent-training on the physiological adaptations to sports specific exercise in elite football players” Supervised by Prof Barry Drust, Prof James Moreton and Dr John Iga. Previously, Kevin supported a range of athletes preparing for the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, Premier League footballers, and the U17 English national football team, who won the European Championships. Kevin is an Accredited Strength-and-Conditioning coach (ASCC) with the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), a Chartered Scientist (CSci), and an accredited sport and exercise scientist with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES).
