Stephen is a Senior Lecturer is Strength and Conditioning having completed a PhD investigating current Strength and Conditioning practices in football. Stephen’s research centres around physical performance, through training methods, testing, monitoring, and the associated underpinning physiology. In addition to research, Stephen an accredited strength and conditioning coach with the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Associated and has worked in a range of sports, including as a Physical Performance coach at Liverpool Women’s Football Club.
