Eliot is an Urban Estate Management graduate from Liverpool John Moores University and a chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in commercial property and mixed-use urban regeneration delivery.
He spent 9 years in private practice prior to joining English Partnerships in 1998 where he was Area Director for Merseyside & Cheshire, overseeing investment in major regeneration projects in Liverpool including the Echo Arena & Convention Centre. In 2009 Eliot became the inaugural Chief Executive of Preston Vision, focused on regenerating Preston city centre.
Following a withdrawal of public funding Eliot established his own consultancy business in 2011 and has advised a number of public and private clients on commercial property, development and urban regeneration projects around the country.
Eliot is a Board Member of Warrington Housing Association and a member of their Audit & Risk Committee. Hi is also a Board Member of Lifetime Homes (Warrington) Ltd. He is an associate of DragonGate and an Advisory Board Member of Breaking Barriers Innovations Ltd. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Eliot has three sons and enjoys playing golf, tennis, skiing, exploring the great outdoors and theatre. He is also an avid Stoke City FC fan.
