There are many external organisations that support the wider Armed Forces Covenant that we at Liverpool John Moores University have links with, and other organisations locally and nationally that provide support for the Armed Forces community.

University aligned military units
For LJMU students there are three organisations specifically designed to provide opportunities for you to experience and gain leadership skills in a military environment.

Military reserve and cadet organisations
If you are interested in becoming a member of the military voluntary reserve or volunteering as a cadet instructor in the Merseyside region, detailed below are some website links for units and key organisations.
Many staff members and students at LJMU are involved in volunteering with their local cadet groups or are reservists alongside their work or studies.

Army Reserve
