LJMU Board of Governors welcomes newest members
New Governors were welcomed this week as the new programme of business began for the Board of Governors.
Peter Cudlip, Partner at Forvis Mazars LLP, and Jill Clarke, Chief Risk Officer at IFGL Pensions Ltd, part of the International Financial Group (IFGL), will both also join our Audit and Risk Committee.

Two further members have also joined: Miron Kibria, an LJMU graduate, chartered management accountant and international finance executive, who joins our Finance and Resources Committee. Danielle Hales, Group Finance Director at THG PLC, has joined the same committee as a co-opted member.
