How to join a live chat

For new users

  • Select the "sign-up" button in the top-right corner.
  • Fill out details and choose role as "staff".
  • Once registered, select the event you are participating in.
  • Once in the event select "register".
  • On the day of the event, select "join chat".

For users with an account

  • Select the "sign-in" button in the top-right corner.
  • Sign in with Campus Connect login details.
  • Select the event you are participating in.
  • Once in the event select "register".
  • On the day of the event, select "join chat".

As an international student it is so important that the university guides you through your application journey. Attending a drop-in session really helped me understand what I needed to do to secure my place at LJMU and to start my future here in Liverpool.
