Student advice and wellbeing overview for parents, families and supporters

As a parent, guardian or friend, helping a student through university can be both an exciting and challenging experience. LJMU students have access to a wide range of services and this guidance is designed to help you understand the support available and how they can access it.

If you’re worried about a student and need to talk to someone please contact our Wellbeing Team and we will follow our processes to check in with them. Student Confidentiality is important to us. We are unable to share information relating to a student with you, as outlined in our Privacy Notice.
