Keynotes and plenary sessions will be delivered at the Redmonds Building of Liverpool John Moores University (Redmonds), while all the oral presentations will be delivered in the nearby Student Life Building, Copperas Hill Campus (SLB).

Your oral presentation will last fifteen minutes plus five minutes for Q&A, please try to respect the timing indicated. The template for the conference is also provided in this page.

To ensure a smooth presentation experience, we kindly ask that you upload your presentation file no later than the day before your scheduled slot. For example, if you are presenting on 3 September, please upload your file by 2 September.

Please note
Our systems do not allow the use of USB drives on the University computers, so you will not be able to upload your presentation directly on-site.

When naming your presentation file, please adhere to the following format:

[Session ID]-[Paper ID]-[Presenting Author Last Name]-[Paper Title].[file extension]

For example: R1-1234-Smith-Title of my paper.pptx (or .pdf)

  • The session ID: can be found in the programme (for example R1 for session 1 in the river morphology and management theme).
  • The paper ID: is the one assigned by the submission system.
  • Use the presenting author's last name.
  • Include the title of your paper.

To minimise compatibility issues, we recommend using either PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format for your presentation.

Please be aware that the provided link is for file submission only. You will not be able to view, modify, or download any other material in this folder, and you will not receive a notification upon submission.
