Rail
City Square is a ten-minute walk away from the nearest mainline station at Lime Street. Take the main exit of the station and turn left onto Lime Street. Then turn right onto St George's Place and continue down St John's Lane until you get to Whitechapel. Cross over Whitechapel and continue up Old Haymarket until you reach Dale Street. Cross Dale Street, head right and you will reach Hatton Garden. Continue along Hatton Garden until you reach Tithebarn Street. Turn left and continue down Tithebarn Street until you see City Square on your left.

The National Express Coach Station is located at Liverpool One Bus Station, Canning Place, Liverpool L1 8LB, in the heart of Liverpool's city centre.
Once in Liverpool, follow signs for Lime Street Station, then follow directions to the University from the station, as described above.

You can sail between Liverpool and Belfast, Liverpool and Dublin and Liverpool and the Isle of Man. Locally, Mersey Ferries operate services between Pier Head and Birkenhead/Wallasey on the Wirral. Once in Liverpool, follow signs for Lime Street Station, then follow directions to the library from the station, as described above.
