Over 200 students graduate at LJMU partner college in Malaysia



262 students have graduated from YPC International College, one of LJMU’s long term academic partners, at a ceremony in Kuala Lumpur

LJMU’s Pro-Vice Chancellor of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Professor Ndy Ekere, International Director, Dr Julia Wang and Subject Leader for the School of Engineering, Dr Karl Jones, attended the graduation ceremony, to confirm the awards for students graduating from four programmes, over the past two years. The ceremonies also included students whose awards had been delayed due to the covid pandemic.

“We are so proud of each and every one of you graduating today, and wish you a very happy graduation day. As LJMU alumni, we wish you every success in your future career and welcome you to our growing, global LJMU family. As you begin your chosen careers, please always remember the LJMU values and carry these with you into the future.”

LJMU’s partnership with YPC College began 20 years ago and is one of the university’s longest established international partners. Four franchise course programmes are available to students including; BSc in e-Business Technology Management in the School of Engineering, School of Computer Science and Mathematics with BSc (Hons), Multimedia Computing and BSc (Hons) Computer Security.
