Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science Placements and Graduate Jobs Fair

Are you a final year student looking to secure a graduate job to start in 2026 after completing your studies, or a second-year student considering an industrial placement next academic year? Or are you a recent LJMU grad looking for an immediate start graduate position?

Come along to this recruitment fair on Wednesday 8 October, from 1pm to 4pm, at our Student Life Building (SLB), to connect with 60+ employers from a range of sectors related to health, innovation, technology, engineering, built environment and science looking to hire you for graduate jobs, graduate schemes, and year-long placements.

Students from any programme are welcome to attend, but opportunities will be primarily aimed at students from the Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science.

Inclusivity Matters

LJMU is committed to inclusivity. If you have a disability, are neurodivergent, or feel anxious about attending the fair, our Student Futures team and Student Ambassadors are here to provide guidance and support. During the fair, simply drop by the Careers Zone desk on the ground floor of the SLB for assistance.

Upgrade your CV for the fair

If you need to upgrade your CV before the fair, the Student Futures team hold regular CV Café drop-ins (every Tuesday and Thursday) at both the Student Life Building Careers Zone (2pm to 3.30pm) and Byrom Street Careers Zone (2pm to 3pm).

They also hold a weekly Careers drop-in (every Thursday 11am to 12noon) at both Careers Zones throughout the year. Check out our event schedule for more details.

Can't make it to these drop-ins and haven't written a CV before? No worries! Head over to Careers Zone 24/7 to try our CV Builder to get started, or explore the CV360 for instant feedback and suggestions on improving your existing CV.
