LJMU to support Lord Mayor's Dragon Boat Race 2025

LJMU are proud to be the main sponsor for this year’s Lord Mayor's Dragon Boat Race, which takes place on Sunday 11 May at Liverpool Watersports Centre.
Teams from various local and regional organisations will go head-to-head in long boats decorated with magnificent dragon figureheads. It’s a test of teamwork and concentration as well as a physical challenge. There’s a great atmosphere too, as family and friends line the shores and cheer on the teams.
LJMU is proud to once again be sponsoring and taking part in the Lord Mayor’s Dragon Boat Race. It’s always a fantastic event that brings together colleagues from all over the university in support of good causes.
