Employers, students and staff celebrated at Unitemps Awards 2025



An award ceremony hosted by LJMU Unitemps has recognised local employers, students and LJMU staff for their contributions to work opportunities and collaboration with Unitemps. 

The 2025 Unitemps award winners are: 

External Company of the Year:

Team of the Year for Support and Encouragement 2025:

About Unitemps 

Unitemps, situated within LJMU’s Student Life Building serves as the primary provider of casual work for students. Since its establishment at LJMU in November 2019, Unitemps has disbursed over £11 million in earnings to students for their part-time work, with an average of 53,000 timesheets submitted and an average payment of £207 per timesheet. 

The service currently has more than 11,000 LJMU students engaged in part-time work with more than 3,000 available for upcoming part-time opportunities. 

Last year LJMU Unitemps won the Unitemps Branch of the Year 2024.
