Complete the Student Safety and Wellbeing survey

We want to better understand the experiences of our LJMU students when it comes to safety and wellbeing including health and lifestyle behaviours, and childhood experiences. That’s why we’re asking you to fill in the Student Safety and Wellbeing Survey.

What is the Safety and Wellbeing Survey?

The Safety and Wellbeing Survey is part of the university’s research into understanding the health and lifestyle behaviours amongst university students, understanding students’ experiences of safety in Merseyside/the wider surrounding area, as well as experiences of violence in childhood.

The study will help inform the university about feelings of safety and violence in childhood and the impact that this has on health and wellbeing in adults. The results will help us to better target activities to prevent violence across Merseyside and beyond, and support students with their wellbeing and safety.

Fill in the survey to win up to £500

Students that complete the survey will have the option to enter into a prize draw to win one of three prizes:

  • 1 x £500 voucher

  • 2 x £100 voucher

What questions will I be asked?

The Safety and Wellbeing Survey takes less than 15 minutes to complete and will ask a range of questions on your childhood experiences, adulthood experiences, and your current lifestyle.

Answers to the survey will be anonymised allowing participants to complete the survey and answer questions which may be considered sensitive.
