Professional Services Excellence Awards 2025 winners announced



We are delighted to share the winners of the Professional Services Excellence Awards for 2025.

Nominations were collected from December 2025 through to February 2026, and a total of 159 nominations were made across the seven award categories.

The winners were then selected by a cross institutional committee, with representation from all departments and faculties selected by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

The panel were impressed how staff had delivered exceptional and impactful results. The quality of work was clear with panel members describing nominations as “innovative”, “vital”, “outstanding”, “wonderful”, “transformative” and “inspirational”.

Staff will receive their awards at a formal summer event, details of which will be available in the coming days. Congratulations to all of this year’s award winners.

Jamie Fossard, Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science.

Excellence Award for Administrators     

Andrea Waggott, International Relations.

Excellence Award for Estate Development and Campus Services 

Kay Durose, Customer Services.
