Women in Professional Services Network
What is the Women in Professional Services Network and what do they do?
The Women in the Professional Services (WIPS) Network is for all female staff in professional services at all levels or grades, therefore "non-academic".
Established in 2022, the network plays a fundamental role in the university’s strategic missions and acts as a proactive consultative group on issues of gender diversity. Importantly, the groups serve as a source of information and peer support for female staff.
The Women in Professional Services Network meets regularly throughout the year and prepares events relevant to emerging issues, challenges and opportunities.
The Women in Professional Services Network is a dedicated space for LJMU staff who identify as a member of the women in professional services community.
