Launch of LJMU Induction Microsoft Teams site

All staff have been added to the LJMU Induction Team Microsoft Teams site.

This new staff resource will act as a repository for induction updates, documents and guidance, ensuring that information about student induction is more accessible and easier to find.

You can find the new site through the Microsoft Teams app. In the left-hand menu under ‘Teams’, look for LJMU Induction Team.

Key members of departments across the institution will post regular updates and upload documentation to the site so that staff have better visibility of the information being shared with students at this vital moment in the student journey.

They will also use this space to share staff specific guidance and updates to ensure that both academic and professional services staff are informed of any changes, enhancements or new approaches when it comes to induction here at LJMU.

You can still expect to see important updates shared via other mechanisms including by email, in the weekly staff email newsletters, on the staff website homepage and news webpages, through verbal updates at meetings, and on our digital signage across campus. But updates will also be duplicated where possible on the Teams site to enable easier navigation to key induction resources.

A list of site contributors is available so that you can see who is able to share updates and upload documents to the Teams site from your department or faculty.
