Graham was a Printer for Elder Dempster Lines
As a Printer for Elder Dempster Lines, Graham Austin sometimes worked 18-hours a day and was responsible for printing the menus, programme of events and stationary for the ship’s various departments.
Graham joined Elder Dempster Lines after a chance meeting with a union secretary on a bus in 1970.
