Wellbeing resources
As a LJMU student we know there are many demands on your time. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to access support for your wellbeing. We provide free access to clinically approved resources to support your mental health and wellbeing. These tools can be accessed 24/7 from any device: smartphone, tablet, desktop or laptop.
Togetherall
Togetherall provides a secure and anonymous platform to share your experiences and connect with others. Alongside the community pages you can also access practical wellbeing tools and resources.
You can sign up here, using your university email address for free access.
Silvercloud
Silvercloud provides online programmes designed to help you think and feel better. Based on the principles of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) the self-help modules include content and practical management techniques for coping with anxiety, low mood, body image and much more.
How to sign up
- Sign up (you must enroll on a web browser before you use the mobile app).
- Set up your account by creating a secure username and password.
- Complete the questionnaire to help match you with relevant programs and resources.
- Get started with the program.
- Download the mobile app. Search “SilverCloud” in the App Store or “SilverCloud” in Google Play.
